Albert Simms Collection
The collection consists of letters regarding historical preservation in Santa Fe. The correspondence, for the most part, addresses the preservation of the Fort Marcy Officers' Residence (also known as the "Hewett House"). There is one broachure, "The Ceremonial Way" in the collection. Also, there is a letter and description of the Girard Foundation Collection from Alexander Girard.

Alice Bullock Collection
The collection consists of miscellaneous cards, letters, articles, and brochures. It includes an untitled typed manuscript on the history of the creation of New Mexico Territory. There is an essay " Santa Fe, City in Two Worlds" written by Fredric Brown (1906-1972), and a pamplet titled "Last Will and Testament of Charlie Masters".

Archdiocese of Santa Fe Records
The collection contains financial records for two archbishops (Pitaval and Daeger) and includes local, national and international samples of receipts, invoices, tax records, etc. Collection also includes a series of form letters from the Vatican.
Association for Preservation of the Old Lamy House Collection
The Association's papers consist of the records of Santa Fe preservationists who unsuccessfully attempted in 1948-49 to save the so-called "Lamy House" and the "Old Santa Fe Trading Post" on Cathedral Place from destruction by the A.T. & S.F. Railroad for expansion of their La Fonda Hotel.

Beverly Terry Collection
Collection contains material related to the League of Women Voters (Santa Fe County), ethics issues concerning City of Santa Fe Councilors, and material related to the Urban Planning Board of Santa Fe. The collection consists of material obtained during the political activities in support of passage of the Code of Ethics for the Santa Fe City Council during the period 1979-1984.
The material has been organized in twelve folders and one loose-leaf notebook.

The Boaz Walton Long Collection consists of private and professional correspondence, financial records, and personal papers dating almost entirely from the 1940s.
Broadsides and Ephemera of New Mexico and Mexico
Collection consists of broadsides, handbills, programs, and other ephemera, most of which involve New Mexican politics.

Chellis Glendinning Collection
Collection consists of books, articles, poetry, audio recordings and short stories by New Mexico author Chellis Glendinning. Also included are various interviews, correspondence and magazine articles on Glendinning's work in the areas of psychology, feminism, environmentalism, ecopsychology and political activism.
Chris Emmett Collection of Newspapers and Publication Excerpts
Collection consists of Chris Emmett's research materials, 1847-1883. Included are typescript excerpts from New Mexican newspapers (primarily from Santa Fe) and from several publications. Excerpts pertain to various New Mexico persons and events in Santa Fe and various other cities. Included is an index to the excerpts created by Emmett.

One daybook of the Cook and Shaw Co. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Includes daily entries of transactions such as sales, bills, and credits with customers identified by name.
Demetrio Perez Letter
Collection consists of a letter dated February 10, 1913, describing the use of the various rooms of the Palace of the Governors in Santa Fe, New Mexico, prior to 1895. Also describes events in Santa Fe about 1844, under the administration of Governor Mariano Martinez de Lejanze.
Dorothy Stevenson Collection
Collection contains personal family correspondence, correspondence with friends, documents/certificates pertaining to her parents and herself, and manuscripts and notes of her published and unpublished creative works. Collection also contains court material (Pittman shorthand and not transcribed) from her mother who was a court stenographer at the Santa Fe District Court
E. Dana Johnson Papers
This collection is composed of Johnson's correspondence, but also includes: business papers, poetry, newspaper columns, and other documents pertaining to life in New Mexico. Johnson, a politician and newspaper man, was an ardent advocate of preservation of New Mexico's early civilization.
Edith Solenberger Papers
The collection contains four letters, three of which are written by friends and family to Edith Reeves Solenberger, about life in and visits to northern New Mexico in the 1920s and 1930s. Also included is a letter written on Hotel De Vargas (Santa Fe) stationary.
Fairview Santa Fe Cemetery Records
The Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of photocopies of the original interment and plot ownership records of Santa Fe's Fairview Cemetery. These records were kept by the Santa Fe Woman's Club.
The first half of the Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of alphabetized interment records and the second half of alphabetized plot ownership records.
Farona Konopak Papers
The collection consists of letters, holiday cards and postcards to Farona Konopak, including from poets Witter Bynner and Haniel Long.
First National Bank of Santa Fe Collection of Second National Bank of Santa Fe Records
Collection consists of business and financial records of the Second National Bank of Santa Fe, which was purchased by the First National Bank of Santa Fe. Collection is arranged topically and then chronologically.
