Alice Bullock Collection
The collection consists of miscellaneous cards, letters, articles, and brochures. It includes an untitled typed manuscript on the history of the creation of New Mexico Territory. There is an essay " Santa Fe, City in Two Worlds" written by Fredric Brown (1906-1972), and a pamplet titled "Last Will and Testament of Charlie Masters".

Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Payroll Ledger
One ledger of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company (ATSF) containing ca. 450 pages of payroll information listing payees' names, locations, departments, and pay. Ledger covers the Rio Grande and Pecos railroad areas including parts in Colorado. Payees are generally separated geographically and by departments such as "Mechanical," "Engineers," "Firemen," "Enginemen," "Signal and Telegraph," etc.
Augusta and Charles Probst Papers
Collection contains correspondence, expense books, and legal documents of Augusta and Charles Probst. It includes documentation of Augusta (Mecke) Probst's properties in Rüdershausen, Germany, and records of their Santa Fe, New Mexico, businesses. Miscellaneouls items include two 1940s photo negatives of a Santa Fe building
Battle of Brazito Report
Collection consists of a typescript and a translation of the report by Mexican commander Antonio Ponce de Leon on the Battle of Brazito during the Mexican War.
Battle of Glorieta Burials Collection
Collection pertains largely to the excavation of Confederate soldiers in 1987. Collection also pertains exhibition material, as well as genealogical information for those who served in the New Mexico campaign.

Battle of Mesilla Letters
The collection consists of a newspaper article describing the battle at Mesilla, AZ. On the back of the article is a hand written note from a person who was in Mesilla at the time. He writes to his sister, Mrs. J. A. Roundy, in Shelby, Colorado. Included is another handwritten note to his sister.
Benjamin Tanaka Internment Camp Scrapbook
The scrapbook contains pastel, watercolor and pencil landscapes, botanical studies and portraits, as well as pen and ink calligraphy in Japanese characters with occasional notations in English lettering. One leaf contains the legend "Doctors and all other office workers, Clinic and Hospital. Santa Fe, N.M., September 19, 1945". Another is marked "Hospital Santa Fe, New Mexico September 18, 1945".

The collection contains paperwork pertaining to Reinecke's service in the Civilian Conservation Corps during 1937, including correspondence, reports, orders, supply inventories and memos.
Carrie Arnold Collection
Cattle Brand Books Collection
The books appear to have been created by J. L. Dow, Deputy U. S. Marshal. The two small bound red books list ear marks, cattle brands, the name and the ranch to which they belong. The post office in which the ranch resided is also listed. The first page of each book lists abbreviations used in the brands. Some entries are in read and they describe number of cattle sold and to which ranch and whether or not they were rebranded.
Charles H. Lange Collection
Collection contains drafts/transcriptions for the Adolph Bandelier diaries covering 1885 - 1892 (published in four volumes by the University of New Mexico Press). Included are transcripts of Bandelier material from 1880 - 1891 prepared by A. J. O. Anderson and Fanny Bandelier. A file of approximately 820 index cards with names is also included.
Dominguez y Escalante Bicentennial Expedition Collection
Collection contains material associated with a 1976 trail ride commemorating the original 1776 Dominguez y Escalante Expedition trail through New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. This material documents the preliminaries and life on the trail through diaries, journals, and newspapers.
Edgar L. Hewett Collection
Edward L. Robb Civil War Journal Typescript
Collection consists of photocopies of typescript excerpts from a journal kept by Robb from August to October 1862, as he and other prisoners of war were escorted from Santa Fe to Texas. Includes a list of other Confederate soldiers at the hospital in Santa Fe. Photocopy.
Edward W. Wynkoop Collection
E.R. Boles Letters
Collection consists of two letters, dated February 28 and April 25, 1862, written by E.R. Boles to his parents. The letters give details of the battles of Valverde and Glorieta Pass, and some information on Ft. Craig, New Mexico. Typescripts of the letters are also included.

This collection consists of letters from Eva Reckhart, Dorothy Virgin, and George Fitzpatrick (editor of New Mexico Magazine) to Theron Marcos Trumbo regarding Trumbo's research on Fort Craig, New Mexico.
Fort Union Sutler's Store Ledger
Collection consists of W.H. Moore's ledger, as the manager of the sutler's store at Fort Union, New Mexico, 1863-1865. Ledger contains personal accounts of various soldiers and private citizens.
