Western Americana Scrapbook Etchings
Collection is one scrapbook, with sixty-four etchings pasted into it. The etchings portray scenes from American History and some scenes of Mexico. To describe a few, they are of John C. Fremont explorations, revolutionary war scenes, New Mexico and Santa Fe scenes, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, the Indian Wars.

W.I.A. Las Cruces Woman’s Club records
The Woman’s Improvement Association was organized and incorporated in 1894 and joined the General Federation of Women’s Clubs in 1897 and the New Mexico Federation in 1911. In 1938 the club changed its name to the W.I.A. Las Cruces Woman’s Club. This collection of scrapbooks, minutes and some other records shows many of the club’s activities from its founding through its dissolution in 2000.

Wilfred H. Matson Papers
Collection consists of the personal correspondence and papers of Wilfred H. Matson. Correspondence consists of Wilfred's letters to his wife Mary discussing military life and various other topics, 1862-1863. Matson's papers contain: confederate currency; private currency (script) issued by E.M. Thompson in Bennington County, Vermont and Montgomery County, Virginia; Matson's discharge papers, 1863; and a pamphlet on the effects of love, 1803.

This collection of materials relating to Wilhelm F. Rosenblatt (1913-2004), a doctor and public health physician in New Mexico, contains an oral history transcript, two audio tapes, copies of articles by Dr. Rosenblatt, and miscellaneous newspaper clippings.
