New Mexico Government and Military Documents
New Mexico Guide Book Collection
Collection consists of pamphlets which reflect the history of Santa Fe and other New Mexico towns as destination for tourists. Advertising aimed at tourists includes guidebooks, maps and brochures, as well as a small section of guidebooks about Arizona, Spain, and Latin America. The collection is open-ended.
New Mexico Highway Survey Books
Collection consists of nine leather-bound small volumes detailing surveying results in Santa Fe county, Bernalillo county, and Rio Arriba county. Small volumes show nearly exclusively numeric data; some mapping; no text. One of the roads surveyed is New Mexico State Highway 14, also known as Turquoise Trail road (then State Road 10) which is a highway connecting Santa Fe to Albuquerque .
New Mexico Hispanic Wedding Announcement Collection
The collection contains thirty Spanish-language wedding announcements dating from the early twentieth century, all entitled either "Himeneo" or "Nupcias". The announcements contain the names of the bride and groom, their parents and information about the wedding ceremonies. They are printed on cardboard or folded paper, with some bearing additional decoration.

This is a collection of measured drawings of historical buildings in New Mexico and the region. The drawing represent architectural styles in Pueblo, Spanish Colonial, Spanish Revival, and Territorial structures. Collection consists of seven letters written by various people, one will and testament by Charles A. Taggart, photographer, and a booklet of Himnos Sagrados. One letter is signed by Eleanor Roosevelt in 1962.

Collection contains information, instructions, and samples for preparing New Mexico Highway Survey Maps. Maps were prepared by the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
New Mexico Music Collection
This collection contains Spanish and English song books and manuscript sheet music related to the Southwest, Mexico, New Mexico, and Santa Fe. The music consists of folk songs, ballads, popular mariachi music, traditional fiesta music, cowboy songs, traditional Native American tribal music, and others. The collection includes general piano music once owned by Charlotte Ilfeld, Alice K. Plimpton, Mary R. Van Stone, Elizabeth Willis DeHuff, and Lucile and Loraine Ridout.
New Mexico Oral History Collection
The collection consists of taped interviews with prominent people from Santa Fe and New Mexico. All but one tape include transcripts. According to the interviewees, it appears that the oral histories were gathered as part of the Upper Canyon Road Project.Interviewers and project are not identified.

New Mexico Shopping Events Calendar
Most of the information for this calendar derived from the Albuquerque Journal, Roswell Morning Dispatch, Las Vegas Optic, Santa Fe New Mexican, Taos Review, and the Raton Daily Range. Publication was printed by the Vingar Tom Press in Albuquerque in 1971 as "A Trip Down Memory Lane."

New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department Collection
These records were originally deposited by the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department from safety deposit boxes of New Mexico banks.
Significant items in these collections are deeds, powers of attorney, and court records that reveal the activities of land speculators in assembling enormous tracts in the post-Civil War years.

New Mexico Territorial Executive Mansion Building Plans
Collection contains building plans for the Territorial Executive Mansion designed by Rapp and Rapp, Architects and built in 1908/1909.
New Mexico Territorial Penitentiary List
One 1895 list of prisoners incarcerated for contempt of court during the New Mexico railroad stike of 1894. The list contains the names of 17 prisoners transferred from Raton, New Mexico to the Territorial Penitentiary near Santa Fe, and records their period of imprisonment.
Nicholas Roosevelt Diary
Diary contains descriptions and daily observations of Southwest Indians and landscape, the Grand Canyon, and other related topics. Nicholas Roosevelt, a cousin of Theodore Roosevelt, accompanied the U.S. President on this tour of the Southwest in the summer of 1913.
Notebook of Unknown Ranchwoman
One notebook containing 16 handwritten pages describing the life of an unnamed rancher's wife in Texas and New Mexico. Includes a description of a trip to Columbus, New Mexico after Pancho Villa's raid there.
Notes and Memoranda concerning the Legal, Literary and Scientific Activities of Frank Springer
Collection contains notes and memoranda concerning the legal, literary, and scientific activities of Frank Springer compiled by Ralph E. Twitchell. Most of the information consists of printed material, reprints of articles, newspaper clippings, and typewritten letters, etc., published elsewhere. Volume 1 contains the most extensive collection with a brief introduction by Twitchell. Volumes 2, 3, and 4 contain mostly replicates of material found in the first volume.
