Pinhole Photography Collection

Scope and Contents Significant global collection on pinhole photography. The bulk of this collection is the archive of Pinhole Resource Inc., the publisher of Pinhole Journal from 1983 to 2006. Pinhole Resource was based in New Mexico and led by Eric Renner and Nancy Spencer. Additional material collected for the exhibit "Poetics of Light" is also included alongside the Pinhole Resource material.

Pioneers Foundation (New Mexico) Oral History Collection

Scope and Content The collection consists of oral history interviews with nineteenth century settlers of New Mexico. It includes 520 reel-to-reel audiotapes and 385 typed transcripts of interviews with ranchers, miners, hunters, sheriffs, naturalists, archeologists and journalists, mostly from the Silver City area. Abstract This collection contains personal papers and correspondence of Pitt Ross, his son, Edmund, Edmund's wife, Evelyn Everitt Ross and various members of the Everitt family. Plans of New Mexico Dams and Hospitals

Scope and Content Collection consists of engineering drawings related to flood control and power dams in New Mexico. The following dams could be identified: El Vado dam, Chifflo dam, Ladron dam, Jaroso dam, Chamita dam, Jemez Creek dam. Also included are a number of unidentified construction drawings for what appears to be a military hospital. Several drawings have a written note "extra copy for S. Hess." Material is located with the map collection.
