Scope and Content

The Pie Town videos contain oral histories of some of the original homesteaders of Pie Town, New Mexico. The interviews concern the values and experiences of the past and contrast them to the present (1988) day Pie Town. The story of Pie Town, New Mexico and the surrounding communities in Catron County in the 1920's and 30's is explored.
