Albert Jennings Fountain Document
This collection consists of one photoprint of a handwritten document, entitled "Confundis de la Historia del Pintoresco Pueblo de la Mesilla," by Colonel Albert Jennings Fountain. The document outlines the role of the town of la Mesilla in the history of New Mexico, with regard to the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, the Gadsden Purchase, and the Civil War.
Albert Simms Collection
The collection consists of letters regarding historical preservation in Santa Fe. The correspondence, for the most part, addresses the preservation of the Fort Marcy Officers' Residence (also known as the "Hewett House"). There is one broachure, "The Ceremonial Way" in the collection. Also, there is a letter and description of the Girard Foundation Collection from Alexander Girard.

Albert W. Egenhofer oral history collection
This interview with Dr. Albert W. Egenhofer (1910-1991) of Santa Fe, New Mexico surveys Dr. Egenhofer's 33 years' practice in Santa Fe. There is particular emphasis on the early years in New Mexico and on the nature of his practice. Among the subjects discussed are the work of the Proctor Eye Clinic in Santa Fe and Taos; hospital facilities and services at St. Vincent's Hospital; Bruns General Hospital in Santa Fe; the New Mexico Ophthalmological Society; and others.

The Albert W. Thompson Papers contain news clippings, articles, and manuscripts about the early days in the West, specifically, Clayton, Union County, and northeastern New Mexico. Most of the materials were written by Thompson, however, some of the newspaper columns were written by others. Black Jack Ketchem is a prominent subject within the collection. Miscellaneous materials include flyers, correspondence, a map, and notes.

Albuquerque and Cerrillos Coal Company Records
The documents in this collection were generated by the Albuquerque and Cerrillos Coal Company between 1880 and 1954. The mine operated out of Madrid, New Mexico, a small company town located east of the Sandia Mountains in southern Santa Fe County. Records cover a variety of topics, including workman's compensation, finances, mining operations, and information on the various social activities in the town of Madrid.
