Scope and Content

The collection consists of eight hand-written land records (conveyances of land from one party to another through sale or inheritance) from the Albuquerque area (San Felipe de Neri and Corrales). The collection also contains one hand-written letter regarding the miraculous appearance of a letter in the hands of a priest (in San Pedro de Roma) dictating an admonishment to parishioners. All documents are in Spanish. The collection was previously known as José Martínez Documents.

Abstract
