The collection consists largely of photographs of the O'Donel family, their friends, and employees on the Bell Ranch. Pictures of O'Donel's original home in Ireland, family vacation spots in California, family shots in Denver, and trips to Mexico and Guatemala also form part of the collection.

The full hand-written title is Photographic Record of the Work and Play of the Rainbow Bridge/Monument Valley Expedition 1933. The album seems to have been compiled by Charles R. Brady Jr. Black-and-white snapshots provide a record of this scientific expedition to Utah in 1933.

Collection consists of correspondence regarding the publication of various books by Charles Siringo; biographical materials on Siringo and A.B. Renehan; and typescripts of portions of two books by Siringo: "A Cowboy Detective," and "History of Billy the Kid." Much of the correspondence concerns objections by Pinkerton's National Detective Agency to Siringo's publication of books and other materials about his experiences as a detective for Pinkerton's.

Charlotte Johnson Frisbie Collection of Navajo Music and Oral Histories
This is a copy of the field recordings made by Charlotte S. Johnson on the Navajo Reservation in 1963-1965. There are large segments of Navajo dialogue with English translations. The collection contains a wide range of songs and oral histories that provide an in depth view of Navajo religion, society and history.

Included are copies of the county clerks deed indexes that include entries that date to before the creation of Chaves County (1870-1935); a county sheriffs bond (1896); and assessment records (1891-1912). The assessment records have been microfilmed.
