This folder has a 36-page mostly typed diary I kept of the Milagro Beanfield War film follies from May 13, 1986 to October 22, 1986. Page 8 is missing. Page 29 is actually a 5-page handwritten riff labeled 29 a-e. Pages 35 and 36 are handwritten. It's a funny and painful story. (Included is a description of Rini Templeton's June 27, 1986 Pilar memorial. [See RINI TEMPLETON in my EULOGIES FILES.]) I used these notes for an article, "Bob and the Beanstalk," published in American Film, May 1987....

I suppose you can learn a lot about what I did, where I went, and what it cost a publisher to put an author on even a low-key, low-budget tour in 1992 by perusing this stuff.
