Scope and Content The collection contains miscellaneous business records of Blazer's Mill as well as J. H. Blazer's general merchandising business. Joseph H. Blazer operated the mill during most of the period that these records encompass. His son, A. N. Blazer, later operated it. The records include correspondence, time books, blotters, logbooks, sales books, grist mill accounts, and journals. Some records refer to the company as "Tularosa Mills." Bonnell family photographs

Abstract Pioneer residents of White Oaks, New Mexico, and later operators of the Bonnell Ranch, a popular guest ranch near Glencoe in the Ruidoso Valley during the 1920s and 1930s. The collection consists primarily of images of the Bonnell Ranch operation, ca. 1915-1950s, and the Crow Indian Reservation, where Bert Bonnell was superintendent from 1911-1914. Photostatic copies were made from a scrapbook, a photograph album and loose photographs.

Scope and Contents This record is used to track catalogued boudoir cards not described in another collection. Boudoir cards are card-mounted photographs much like cabinet cards, but boudoir cards are more generously sized [8.5 x 5.5 inches]. The term refers to the format, not the subject matter. The format was used beginning in the late 1870s, grew in popularity in the 1880s, and use tapered off after 1900. In some cases, images created earlier may have been republished in this format. ...
