Scope and Contents:
The records include field notes, site maps, site forms,
artifact tallies, photographs, memorandums,
correspondence, manuscripts, administration records,
personnel files, conference papers, floppy discs and CD-R.
Thomas D. Burns Papers
Collection consists of two checks drawn on the Burns National Bank, dated 1913 and 1941; a certificate of membership in the New Mexico Association of Insurance Agents dated 1934; and a certificate for Thomas D. Burns being elected delegate from Rio Arriba county to the 1910 Constitutional Convention. Thomas D. Burns Sr. established several stores in New Mexico and Colorado and a bank, the Burns National Bank, in Durango, Colorado.

The collection contains photographs compiled by Thomas Campbell. Agricultural, mining, and ranching operations in New Mexico are depicted as are military operations and pictures made during Campbell's international travels.

Collection consists of personal and professional papers of Thomas E. Chávez as well as some papers of his father Antonio Chávez. Included are letters, correspondence, newspaper articles pertaining to their careers, professional papers and notes. Additionally, collection contains Thomas E. Chávez's school and professional notes, manuscripts, and proofs of published works.
Thomas E. Jones Collection
Collection consists of three items: marriage certificate of Jones and Catherine Gordon of Seven Rivers, NM along with a cover letter and a fragment of a letter of appreciation to Jones from the Old Dominion Company for efforts in opposing the "Wobblies."

Thomas J. Steele Alabado Collection
This collection contains research notes, photocopies of alabados (religious ballads) and other liturgical and cultural literature collected by Father Thomas Steele. Most of the material in this collection was used as a basis for his book The Alabados of New Mexico.

Dr. Thomas K. Todsen was an avid collector of materials related to New Mexico. His collection consists primarily of postcards depicting New Mexico and the southwest. His collection also contains letters, receipts, and miscellaneous documents related to New Mexico.

Tibo Chavez Collection of Song Books,
Collection consists of three song books entitled "Canciones" (1905),"Canticos" (1907-1911), and "English Hymns" (1907). The "English Hymns" song book has text in Spanish and in English. The other books are entirely in Spanish. These song books were given to Clotilde Sedillo by Rev. J.B. Ralliere of Tome, New Mexico.
Most materials are in Spanish.
Tim Greer Collection of Hispanic Catholic Church Music of New Mexico
This collection contains two recordings of Catholic masses taped in 1982. One is the feast of San Isidro at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Albuquerque. The second is a Matachines mass at San Antonito, New Mexico.
