Robert H. and Mela Martin Collection
Collection consists of one tape cassette of ceremonies at the Palace of the Governors and a biography of the Compton family "It's a Long, Long Road," written by James C. Compton, Chief Justice of New Mexico in 1970. There are two mounted photographs, one of Judge Compton and one of the courthouse. Collection contains a photograph of the Romero Cabin, contact sheets and negatives for photographs of the Pajarito Church and Father Cubells circa 1984-85, story copy, an approval checklist and source notes for a December 1984 Los Alamos National Laboratory news bulletin and a copy of a Homestead Entry Testimony of Claimant dated March 28, 1916.
Rosebud Monthly
This Volume 1 of the Rosebud Monthly was published by 7th grade students of the Las Vegas, New Mexico, Public Schools on November 30, 1899. Editor-in-Chief was Waldo C. Twitchell and assistant editors were Grace Roseberry and Earl Norton. Every 7th grader was enouraged to submit something, "no matter what" to the monthly magazine even if it was only "one sentence," with a promise that it was being published.

Ledger contains daily entries for various people and businesses for the Rosenthal & Co. mercantile business, New Mexico, 1895-1896. Each entry gives the person's or business's name, items purchased or sold, and the amount.

Roy A. Keech manuscript
Collection consists of 3 typed manuscripts written by Roy A. Keech. "Pagans Praying," a 54pp. manuscript, is a collection of poems describing the ceremonies of the Pueblo people of New Mexico. Included are 2 other manuscripts entitled "More Pagans Praying" and "Painted Pagans Praying." These are poems reflecting the culture of other Native American tribes.
Roy Tilghman Collection
One folders containing misc documents including wills, land transfers and other legal matters; religious books and a job of José Salaices, 1789-1818. The sketch includes information regarding Apache campaigns. A descriptive inventory is included with the documents. Many of the documents have been roughly translated.
Royal A. Prentice Papers
The collection consists of correspondence and related materials of Royal A. Prentice dating from the 1930s. These literary materials consist of Prentice's correspondence relative to his avid hobby of Southwestern archaeology; which included a very close association with the Museum of New Mexico's Laboratory of Anthropology.

Folder contains one page document (City of Zacatecas) with Spanish Royal stamp stating the manner in which the account of the Royal Hacienda of New Spain were to be administered. Very ornate. Includes handwritten translation.
Russell Lee Crump Collection of Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Records
This collection was donated by Russell Lee Crump on behalf of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad. These records pertain to the daily operation of the Santa Fe Railroad in New Mexico and the Greater Southwest.
Ruth K. Hall Manuscripts
Collection consists of one manuscript and one page proof version of Hall's book "A Place of Her Own: The Story of Elizabeth Garrett," and one letter concerning its publication. Garrett, the daughter of Sheriff Pat Garrett, was a noted blind singer in the early 20th century in New Mexico, and wrote "O Fair New Mexico," which became the official state song. The manuscript is typed with handwritten corrections and additions by Hall.

The collection consists of correspondence, printing orders for private individuals, State of New Mexico certificates and forms, and other printing for business and tourism in New Mexico, Colorado and Texas. The correspondence is from notable literary people in New Mexico. The printed material contains examples of business marketing and political interests from 1930 to 1967.
