As of 1997 collection consists of records of the New Mexico State Land Office (including the Commissioner of Public Lands) and its predecessors the Board of Public Lands and the Territorial Public Land Office (1899-1991). Includes various reports, administrative correspondence, minutes, oil and gas leases, publications, clippings, and ledger books. Much of the material concerns mining, grazing, and logging in New Mexico.

Collection consists of records of the New Mexico Territorial Bureau of Immigration (1880-1911). Includes annual and biennial reports; publications; minutes of annual meetings (1907, 1911); reports from counties on climate, minerals, and agricultural and water resources; and reports from various towns giving population, geographical descriptions, transportation lines, water and fuel resources, industries, climate, schools, banks, and hotels.
Some materials are in Spanish.

Rosebud Monthly
This Volume 1 of the Rosebud Monthly was published by 7th grade students of the Las Vegas, New Mexico, Public Schools on November 30, 1899. Editor-in-Chief was Waldo C. Twitchell and assistant editors were Grace Roseberry and Earl Norton. Every 7th grader was enouraged to submit something, "no matter what" to the monthly magazine even if it was only "one sentence," with a promise that it was being published.
Rudy Padilla Collection of Pano Art,
Collection consists of correspondence, published articles, audio tapes of interviews, photographs and other graphics describing and depicting pano art or "handkerchief art," a folk art tradition that originated among incarcerated Hispanics. Padilla and artist Mark Garcia were interviewed in 1991, and Padilla was interviewed in 1994 by Rudy Miera.

Leviness; fifteen binders containing periodicals with articles written by Le Viness arranged chronologically by date of publication; and one copy of a publication written by Le Viness entitled "The Life and Works of William Hayley: 1745-1820."
