Arthur and Lorene Delgado Collection of Manuel Delgado Papers,
Collection consists primarily of the military papers of Manuel Delgado (a captain in the Spanish Army), 1778-1794. Most of the documents concern administrative matters related to several presidios in northern New Spain. Other topics include military desertions, military benefits, financial accounts, a land conveyance in Santa Fe, and judicial proceedings.

Collection consists of papers from the Cordova family and other families from the Cordova, New Mexico area. Included are documents pertaining to the Truchas Land Grant and its grantees (1829), water rights in Pueblo Quemado (1834), the settlement of a partido contract from the estate of Jose Miguel Archuleta (1883), and hijuelas (estate inventories) for Pedro Fresquez (1856), Maria Quirina Vigil (1889), and Jose Pablo Pacheco (1906).

Collection consists of professional and personal papers of Emiterio Rivera. Professional papers include promissory notes, coupons, advertisements, and receipts from several businesses in Santa Fe. Personal papers include deeds and land conveyances for properties in Santa Fe, and three financial documents of Asociacion Confraterny de la Santisima Trenidad recording costs and payments in 1893, 1894, and 1898.

Collection consists of a broad range of documents (originals and copies) pertaining to land grants in New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, and Texas. The bulk of the documents pertain to Pueblo Indian and individual land grants in New Mexico (1700-1933). Collection was created by the New Mexico State Records Center and Archives.

Martinez Family Papers (Photocopies),
Collection consists of photocopies of land conveyances, wills, and certain other legal instruments documenting the presence of the Martinez family in and around Santa Cruz de la Canada, New Mexico, in the nineteenth century. Includes material on water rights near Santa Cruz, and a bond for the mayordomo de acequia, 1906. Many of the documents involve members of the Roybal and Mestas families.

Mauro Montoya Collection documents significant episodes of New Mexico history during the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The documents are divided into the four main periods: Spanish period, The Mexican period, U.S. Territorial period (incl. U.S. military occupation), New Mexico Statehood period.
New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department Collection
These records were originally deposited by the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department from safety deposit boxes of New Mexico banks.
Significant items in these collections are deeds, powers of attorney, and court records that reveal the activities of land speculators in assembling enormous tracts in the post-Civil War years.

Refugio Colony Grant Land conveyances
Established in 1852 by the Republic of Mexico for Mexican nationals to live in the United States after the invasion of 1846, and located on the west side of the Rio Grande, between Chamberino and La Union, New Mexico. Each document is a four page manuscript in the Spanish language, and is sealed with the “Corporación De La Merced Del Refugio” blind stamp.

Roy Tilghman Collection
One folders containing misc documents including wills, land transfers and other legal matters; religious books and a job of José Salaices, 1789-1818. The sketch includes information regarding Apache campaigns. A descriptive inventory is included with the documents. Many of the documents have been roughly translated.

Collection consists of land conveyances in Santa Rosa de Lima de Abiquiu and Santo Tomas Apostal de Abiquiu and a document about the purchase of acequia rights. The principal in many of the transactions is Santiago Salazar.
