Agua Fria Village Association Collection
Collection consists of documents and materials related to the mission and business of the Agua Fria Village Association. There are minutes, correspondence, city and county plans, materials on developments that impact the Agua Fria area, and documents pertaining to the creation of the Agua Fria Traditional Village and the association. Photographs and videos have been transferred to the Photo Archives.
Caja del Rio Grant Testimony
This collection contains testimony from the U.S. Court of Private Land Claims regarding the legitimacy of the Caja del Rio grant involving a legal dispute between the descendants of Nicolas Ortiz, Niño Ladrón de Guebara (the original grantee) and Willi Spiegelberg. It also includes legal documents confirming genealogy of the Ortiz family and records of sales of this land in 1860 from the Ortiz family through various owners, to Thomas B. Catron in 1909.

Fairview Santa Fe Cemetery Records
The Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of photocopies of the original interment and plot ownership records of Santa Fe's Fairview Cemetery. These records were kept by the Santa Fe Woman's Club.
The first half of the Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of alphabetized interment records and the second half of alphabetized plot ownership records.
League of Women Voters, Santa Fe County, Collection
This collection covers the history, organization, anniversaries, and the activities of the LWVSFC from its founding in 1951 to the early 2000’s, along with their relationship with the state and national organizations.

Land transfer records of property that borders the land where the Chapel of Santo Niño is located (most likely Chimayo) in Santa Fe county.

A volume of handwritten essays by John Ehrlichman. Published in the magazine, Inside Santa Fe and Taos, between 1988-1991.
Naturalization Records by New Mexico Courts,
Collection consists of naturalization records from New Mexico courts in the form of loose documents and docket books. Records include Declarations of Intent, Petitions for Naturalization, and Certificates of Naturalization. Loose documents also contain some correspondence of district court clerks concerning naturalization.

Roy Tilghman Collection
One folders containing misc documents including wills, land transfers and other legal matters; religious books and a job of José Salaices, 1789-1818. The sketch includes information regarding Apache campaigns. A descriptive inventory is included with the documents. Many of the documents have been roughly translated.

Santa Fe New Mexican Records
Collection contains corporate records of the Santa Fe New Mexican from the 1940s, just prior to its sale to Robert McKinney in 1949, including correspondence, advertisments, financial records and photographic negatives of pareade events, as well as a general ledger from 1918-1919. Collection also includes documents from KTRC Radio Station, owned by the New Mexico Publishing Company, the parent company to the New Mexican.
