From the Series: Abstract: 6/6/2012, 6/8/2012, 7/8/2012. In this interview Anselm Davis Jr. discusses his time as president of KIVA Club, their work with Nizhoni Days and his views on activism. He details his experience transitioning to UNM and other universities, including Northern Arizona University and Penn State. He also explains his professional work in Washington D. C. and developing curriculum for Navajo Nation. He spends a significant portion of the interview discussing the Native American inferiority complex and how traditional teachings can help realign challenges Native Americans face in terms of identity.
