Letters received primarily by Manley M. Gillam regarding his association with the Pecos Irrigation and Improvement Company. The letters, sent during 1893 and 1894, are from investors in the Pecos Irrigation and Improvement Company, Charles Eddy, William Bonbright, and C.C. Blodgett. The letters discuss opportunities in southeast New Mexico with the enterprise.
