Abstract
The collection contains six scrapbooks devoted to reviews and correspondence related to books written or edited by T. M. Pearce. T. M. (Thomas Matthews) Pearce (1902-1986) was a professor at the University of New Mexico from 1939-1964 and an author and editor. Perhaps best known for New Mexico Place Names (1965), he also wrote biographies of Mary Austin, Oliver La Farge, and Alice Corbin Henderson.
