"Before" and "After" photos in plastic sleeves. "After" photos frequently taken a year or two from the time of the "Before" photo, even though it is the same project. ARCHEOLOGISTS AT THE PARK CONSIDER THESE COLLECTIONS OF BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF A PROJECT A "REPORT" IN THE SAME WAY THAT THE BOUND STABILIZATION REPORTS ARE.
