The collection contains 138 photographs (mostly black & white) and three photo albums from T. Lynn Smith's work, travel, and sociological research in Latin America. The majority of photos were taken in Brazil and Colombia between 1940 and the early 1960s, focusing on rural and urban architecture and daily life.
