Scope and Content From the Collection: This collection consists of photographs taken on the occasion of Coronado Cuarto Centennial. Images include Commission officials, Erna Fergusson and James F. Zimmerman, prominent personalities such as Peter Hurd, celebration preparations and events. Intended to attract tourists to the State, the year-long festivities in 1940 took place in towns and cities throughout New Mexico.
