Miguel Pérez de Hernani, of the Villa de Oñate, with Ortuño de Avendaño, mercader, of Sevilla, el Obispo, and others over the estate of Juan de Arracola (Racola). This is a probate case after the death of Arracola, who did not dictate who was to be his heirs, leading to the legal confusion and multiple claimants.
