Scope and Content From the Collection: The Albuquerque Federal Forum Project scrapbook documents the Public Affairs Forums held in Albuquerque in 1938 and 1939. The forums were created by the U.S. Office of Education as a vehicle for adult education about civic matters. This program was tied in with Works Progress Administration and New Deal initiatives.
