Scope and Contents Brochure celebrating the 40th anniversary of the New Mexico Foundation, originally known as the New Mexico Community Foundation. The brochure details the history of the Foundation, including its origins as a division within the Home Education Livelihood Program (HELP), founded in 1965. José Rivera was serving as the Executive Director of HELP when he wrote a concept paper proposing the organization of a state-wide Foundation.
