Brochure celebrating the 40th anniversary of the New Mexico Foundation, originally known as the New Mexico Community Foundation. The brochure details the history of the Foundation, including its origins as a division within the Home Education Livelihood Program (HELP), founded in 1965. José Rivera was serving as the Executive Director of HELP when he wrote a concept paper proposing the organization of a state-wide Foundation.
