Scope and Content From the Collection: The collection consists mainly of annual reports to the Board of Directors of the National Sharecroppers Fund on the condition of farmworkers, 1964-1968. The reports provide data and insight into the social and political conditions, the accomplishments, setbacks, and outlook of/for hired farm workers, migratory farm workers, and sharecroppers in the United States in the 1960s.
