Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Daniel Davis Collection is comprised of two main materials: Music; Personal and Professional Writings. The former is comprised of musical works composed by Daniel Davis. These include works for the concert stage and incidental music for theater, dance, and video. Included within are various printed scores, autographs, notes and sketches, and any non-musical material pertinent to the given work. The latter includes both professional writings such as pedagogical works, unpublished musical analyses, and professional lectures, as well as personal writings, comprised mostly of a personal journal.
