Scope and Contents

Isleta Pueblo 1936 photos of discontinued acequias, farming fields; table of relationship of Isleta religious and political leaders. Includes charts for 1935-1937 human dependency surveys, land use, resources, and income from land and livestock in seven Tewa groups - Jemez Pueblo, Picuris Pueblo, San Juan Pueblo , Santa Clara Pueblo, Nambe Pueblo, Tesuque Pueblo and Zia Pueblo (Sia Pueblo), and also for Laguna Pueblo and Acoma Pueblo. Another chart of income for Hispanic American villages in Jemez Tewa area and Pojoaque Valley region, North of Santa Fe. Includes 1935 maps of individual land ownership in Tesuque Pueblo, Picuris Pueblo, San Juan Pueblo, Santa Clara Pueblo and Zia Pueblo. Also graph of estimated population and birth rates of San Juan Pueblo, 1790-1934.
