Scope and Contents

Contains one letter dated December 15, 1895. Incoming and outgoing - consists chiefly of correspondence of T.B. Catron as a delegate for New Mexico in U.S. Congress, dealing with pensions, appointments, and political affairs of the territory. Also includes correspondence on attempts to oust Lorion Miller as Secretary of the Territory, Thorton-Catron contoversy, Gonzales y Borrego case, and appointment of the Governor for the territory. Arranged chronologiacally.
