Scope and Content

From the Collection: The collection consists primarily of administrative documents and reports related to the Main Street program in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill District. Planning documents, agendas, meeting minutes, committee work, newsletters and reports are included. Reports provide insight into Nob Hill’s history and character, marketability, parking issues, and design guidelines. The Nob Hill Study (1985), funded by a Community Development Block Grant to the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association is included. The collection was amassed by Joe McKinney of the UNM Facilities Planning Office, who was a member of the Nob Hill Main Street Design Committee.
