19 typed pages. Mostly about grouse-hunting. I was thrilled to be hiking again after open-heart surgery on May 3, 1994. I'd spent 12 weeks recovering. Folder also contains: Day of relentless chores. Reminiscence of days leading up to open-heart surgery, and the surgery and its aftermath. Trip to Denver to do benefit talk at Wynkoop Brewery of John Hickenlooper. Talk with daughter in Albuqurque. (Also diary [page 1] of a glum day in February 1994, heart really bad, trying to organize my house.)

Access Restrictions

The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
