Scope and Contents

My second wife and I traveled through Holland, France, and Spain in September-October 1987. (See EUROPE, SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 1987 in my JOURNAL/DIARY FILES.) This notebook has scribbles, addresses for Amsterdam; Holland; Paris; Port-Blanc (France). Addresses for traveling in France. Returning rent-a-car to Perpignon, France. Tossa de Mar in Spain. Alicante. Also: 5 pages on my "new" novel Democracy in Action (later Voice of the Butterfly). Back page: Info on my wife Juanita's dad's grave in the Hague, Holland. We never could find it.

Access Restrictions

The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
