Scope and Contents
The heirs of Mariano S. Otero and Filomena Perea de Otero establish a division of property in order that Dolores Otero Burg may receive her just share of the estate. Willard S. Strickler, administrator. This agreement, on appeal of Dolores Otero Burg, sets aside a document earlier approved as the last will and testament of Filomena Perea de Otero.
