Scope and Contents
Food unit is designed to improve nutrition and promote cleanliness. Included are notes on why unit was chosen, aims and objectives, how initiated, how to guide activity, activities, outcomes, songs, numerous projects and assignments, vocabulary and bibliography. Also included are completed projects and student sketches, as well as a letter from students to L.S. Tireman, and a reply.
