Scope and Contents
Stories of the early days in Delta, Colorado. Stockam, Kiffen, Hillman & Adams embezzled funds from the Delta Bank and got cought. Hillman committed suicide. Stockam lost his mind. Ben Lowe and Cash Sampson killed each other. Lowe was a cattle and horse thief and Sampson was a brand inspector. Other early residents of Delta are mentioned.
