Recollections of early days.Born near Abilene, Texas in 1884; came to N.M. in 1901; lived in a half-dugout on Bonito Canyon near Corona. Tells of range conditions, cattle thieving, home-steading. Worked as teamster at Mogollon for Socorro Milling and Mining Co.
