General

This tape is of extremely poor quality. The first half of Side 1 was not transcribed because only portions were audible. It deals with the contracting business in Brownwood, Texas and the pay scales for the different trades and how the scales changed with the coming of the unions. The last half of Side 1 was transcribed and tells of a man named Henry Ford of Brownwood whom many thought was Jesse James. The audible portions of Side 2 were transcribed (app. 15 min.)
