Born May 1, 1864 in New York City. Married 1882 to Louis Abrahams and went to Clifton, Ariz. Mines in Clifton & Morenci (Lesinsky bros.) Moved to Silver City in 1884 and permanently in 1886. Describes Silver City in 1886 - businesses, hotels, saloons, redlight district, etc. Operating the Southern Hotel. Earthquake in Silver City in 1886. Beginning of the big ditch. Marriage of Caesar Brock.
