Scope and Content From the Collection: The Black River Christian Retreat Records span the years 1916-1979, the bulk between 1955-1979. The material is divided into six series: Board of Trustees; Camp Operations; Correspondence; Financial Records; Legal Documents; and Photographs. The records pertain to all aspects of the operation and upkeep of the campground. The largest series is Financial Records, containing receipts of purchase, bank records, and financial reports.
