Includes pages 70-146 of a typed transcript of Holm O. Bursum interview for the WSMR Ranch Heritage Oral History Legacy Project. Interviewed by Beth Morgan. Discusses ranch life pre–White Sands Bombing Range. The cook, the meals that were served and how food was stored. He apparently liked red chile as he discusses it previously in the first part of the interview in folder 14, describes Cowboy Goulash and how it was made. Also discusses the when they moved from Ozanne to headquarters, Hansonburg.
