This collection spans the years 1944-1974 and is arranged alphabetically by subject matter or title of publication. The majority of the materials in the collection are undated.
The collection does not include materials from Celestine Roach Neale's teaching career, but does include some items associated with home economics. Most of the materials relate to her personal life, interests, and her social activities. The social clubs that are represented strongly in the collection are the Las Cruces Symphony Society, the NMSU Faculty Women's Club, and the Wednesday Literary Club.
