The collection does not include materials from Celestine Roach Neale's teaching career, but does include some items associated with home economics. The social clubs that are represented strongly in the collection are the Las Cruces Symphony Society, the NMSU Faculty Women's Club, and the Wednesday Literary Club.

- Obtained B. S. in Education from the University of Missouri.
- 1923
- Graduate Student at the University of Chicago.
- 1923
- Became a member of the Local Board of American Association of University Women. Neale served as president for two two-year terms as well as serving as secretary, treasurer, and chairman of various committees.
- 1923-1924
- Assistant Professor of Home Economics at New Mexico College of Agriculture.

- Served as Town Forum Secretary
- WWII
- Conducted the first Canteen Courses in New Mexico and became the first qualified Canteen Instructor for the Red Cross in the state.

- Served as Convention Chairman for the State P.T.A. Convention.
- 1948
- Served as Convention Chairman for the state chapter of the American Association of University Women.

- Served as secretary on the County Board of Directors
