Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: Reports of the Secretary of the Territory to the Governor of New Mexico were usually included in the annual reports of the Governor to the Secretary of the Interior. Reports in this microfilm edition consist of the so-called "Blue Books" printed in 1882, 1907, 1909 and 1911, and the printed biennial report of 1901-1902. Included also is the special report of 1867-1868 concerning the erection of the Soldiers Monument in Santa Fe. These records are microfilmed at a ratio of 12 × 1.
