From the File:
Some personal correspondence of Governor Prince during these years was interfiled and maintained with his official correspondence and has been microfilmed in this edition. However, Prince's private papers concerning his many activities throughout his long New Mexico residency contain a large volume of records including property, land grant involvement, mining and civic interests. Correspondence dealing with these matters during his term as governor were retained with the private files and are not microfilmed. The L.
