General

A series of documents secured from the Presidential Library of Herbert Hoover in September 1997. They are described on a label at the top of each document as “Lou Henry Hoover Papers–Personal Correspondence, 1921-1928. Cassidy, Gerald.” All of the ones in this Collection are photo-copies; the originals are in the Hoover Library. There is no explanation how these copies were obtained, but the likelihood is that Ina Sizer Cassidy was behind that effort. Library letters are identified as Herbert Hoover Library. Other unrelated letters are also digested within these years.
