Scope and Contents

From the Collection: This collection was donated to the Lunder Research Center by Barbara Brenner, granddaughter of O.E. Berninghaus. It consists of materials relating to the paintings and life’s work of O.E. Berninghaus. Included are photographs, papers, printed ephemera, audio recordings, and professional and personal correspondence from O.E. Berninghaus. Barbara Brenner’s decades long research and correspondence revolving around the documentation and cataloging of his work is included as well. This collection also contains papers documenting well known historical figures of early 20th century Taos.
