From the Series: The third series of the Winona Garmhausen Papers is divided into five Sub-Series: Administration, Education, Memorabilia, Administrator’s Files-George Boyce, and Administrator’s Files-Others The first sub-series, Administration, consists of memoranda, correspondence, cost analysis, budgets, meeting notes, reports, evaluations, and surveys that reflect the daily business operations of IAIA and its transition to a four-year accredited college between 1966-1990. The second sub-series, Education, consists of surveys, reports, curriculum plans, foundational charters, position papers, federal amendments, memoranda and letters that reflect the academic curricula and school programs between 1967 and 1989. The third sub-series, Memorabilia, consists of newspapers, news clippings, anthologies, invitations, brochures, booklets, handbooks and catalogues that reflect the promotional materials used for IAIA art exhibitions and student development between 1962 and 1997. The fourth sub-series, Administrator’s Papers-George Boyce, consists of personal and professional letters, memoranda, notes, speeches, essays, reports, and invitations about a variety of IAIA administrative issues important to George Boyce between 1963 and 1979. The fifth sub-series, Administrator’s Papers-Others, consists of personal and professional letters, memoranda, notes, speeches, essays, reports, and invitations about a variety of IAIA administrative issues important to Gene Fulgenzi, Dave Warren and Lloyd New between 1968 and 1988.
