Scope and Content From the Collection: This collection contains administrative files and individual portfolios (by name) of nominees and recipients for the Governor's Arts Awards. Administrative files are defined as: lists of nominees, minutes, nomination forms, nomination procedures, correspondence, awards programs, press releases, articles in Pasatiempo, New Mexican, El Palacio. Portfolios are defined as: nominations, letters of support and recommendations, examples of art, supporting documents, reasons for selection....
