Scope and Contents
Supports application of widow of the late Francisco Mensor, formerly in the military service of the U.S. Avers that Mensor was discharged because of heart condition, and supports the widow's application for a pension. Below the affidavit is a deed (unsigned) dated April 5, 1876, conveying land containing valuable minerals in the Magdalena Mining District, by John S. Hutchinson, grantor, to indecipherable grantee, for $10,000.
